Ingredients
- 2lbs chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs chicken seasoning
- ¼ cup Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- ½ tb cajun seasoning
- ¼ cup mayo
- 8 tbs melted butter
- 2 tbs fresh chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbs Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Garlic Chicken Parm Skewers
These Parmesan Grilled Chicken Skewers are everything we want in a summer dinner: easy to prep, quick to grill, loaded with bold, cheesy flavor from Cello Parmesan. Aged for 16 months, Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan gives this backyard BBQ-ready dish its perfect crispy crust. Serve with marinara for dipping, or over a Caesar salad for a twist!
Directions
- Combine chicken with olive oil, seasonings, Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan, and mayo in a large bowl. Thread the seasoned chicken bites onto skewers.
- Air fry for 10 min at 400F.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix together the ingredients for the garlic butter in a small bowl.
- After 10 min, baste the chicken skewers with the garlic butter and air fry for another 10 min.
- Once done, brush on more garlic butter and sprinkle fCello Copper Kettle Parmesan on top before serving!
