Ingredients
- 400g of spaghetti
- 75g chorizo (diced)
- 150g bacon (diced)
- 4tsp of garlic
- 2 tbs tomato purée
- 3 tbs of pesto
- ½ cup of heavy whipped cream
- ½ cup of Cello parmesan cheese
- Pasta water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pop the pasta into boiling water with a good amount of salt.
- Whilst this is cooking, fry off the chorizo and bacon until starting to go crispy and the oils have come out of the chorizo, then add in the garlic, tomato purée and pesto. Cook that for a few minutes and then add in the cream.
- Mix well and then add in the cooked pasta and a little pasta water until you get the perfect consistency, serve and enjoy with cello parmesan cheese.
