- 1 Pizza Dough
- 1 Chicken Breast, diced
- 1/3 cup Red Onion, diced
- 1/3 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 packet Kitchens of India Punjabi Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce
- 8 ounces Cello Fontal Cheese, grated
Heart Shaped Chicken Punjabi Tikka Masala Pizza
Spice up your pizza night with this heart-shaped Chicken Punjabi Tikka Masala Pizza! Tender chicken, sautéed red onions, and crisp green bell peppers are coated in Kitchens of India Punjabi Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce, creating a rich, aromatic filling with bold Indian flavors.
Directions
- Heat skillet, add 1 teaspoon cooking oil, diced chicken, red onion and green bell pepper. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the Kitchens of India Punjabi Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce packet into the skillet. Stir to evenly coat everything in the sauce then cover and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool a bit.
- Lightly flour your worksurface and roll out the pizza dough. Shape into heart-shape or use a heart-shaped pizza pan.
- Leaving a border, add chicken and veggie punjabi tikka masala then top with freshly grated Cello Parmesan Cheese.
- Bake pizza in a preheated 500°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Garnish pizza with red chili flakes and fresh oregano leaves, if desired.
