Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 slices of Italian-style bread
  • 8 oz Cello Ultimate Grilled Cheese Melt
  • 4 prosciutto slices
  • 4-6 tomato slices
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  1. Brush 1 side of each slice of bread with olive oil
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, place 2 slices of bread oil side down. To each slice of bread place 2oz of cheese, 2 slices prosciutto, torn basil, tomato slices and remaining cheese. Top with bread slice oil side up.
  3. Cook on both sides until bread is brown and crusty and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
