  1. In a blender, add buttermilk, garlic and herbs. Blend until combined.
  2. Into a small bowl, pour ¼ cup of the herb buttermilk mix, add cornstarch and whisk together. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat add the remaining buttermilk mixture from the blender. Heat to a simmer, about 5 minutes. Slowly whisk in the buttermilk/cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. This should take about 2 minutes; the sauce will begin to thicken. Remove from heat and whisk in Cello Ultimate Fondue Blend until smooth and melted.
  4. Pour in a bowl and top with diced avocado. Serve with Naan bread, crackers, carrot & celery sticks, sliced red pepper, etc.
