Directions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a blender and divide the crumbs into martini glasses to form the base.
- In a standing mixer, beat the Cello Mascarpone Cheese and whipping cream with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add maple syrup, espresso, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and chocolate protein powder. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
- Spoon the mascarpone mixture over the cookie base in each glass.
- Dust the tops with cocoa powder.
