Cello® Grana Padano

Cello Grana Padano is made in northern Italy around the Po Valley. It is produced from raw cow’s milk partially skimmed by allowing the cream to rise naturally.  Each wheel is aged at least 18 months and must meet strict quality standards before being fire-branded with the Grana Padano quality mark. Grana Padano also has the Italian Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.), certification.  Its bold nutty flavor, fruity aroma and firm crunchy texture makes this cheese a favorite among Italians.
