The American Cheese Society’s mission is to provide the cheese community with educational resources and networking opportunities, while encouraging the highest standards of cheesemaking focused on safety and sustainability. It is a leading organization in supporting the understanding, appreciation and promotion of farmstead, artisan and specialty cheeses produced in the Americas.


United States Championship Cheese Contest

The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association runs annual Championship Cheese Contests and a biennial Exposition and Conference that provides world class education and training for Wisconsin dairy processors.


Wisconsin State Fair Cheese Contest

Wisconsin is the largest producer of cheese in the United States.  The annual State Fair features a premier competition of solely Wisconsin made products.



World Championship Cheese Contest

The World Championship Cheese Contest, established in 1917 by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association, judges over 2,000 entries every March in Wisconsin to award the best cheeses from around the world.


World Cheese Contest

The Guild of Fine Food is dedicated to promoting excellence in specialty food.  It is the UK trade association for anyone making or selling top quality local, regional and speciality food and drink.


World Dairy Expo – Championship Dairy Product Contest

The World Dairy Products Association hosts the annual World Dairy Expo Dairy Product Championship Contest.  It is the only competition in North America that includes all dairy products.  The winning companies are afforded the unprecedented opportunity to promote and market their products as “the best of the best” in North America.
