This cheese is made in old world copper kettles using the highest quality milk and produced by master cheese makers who adhere to strict traditional methods. Each wheel is aged over 18 months and is specially hand selected once its intense flavor has reached the peak of perfection. The result is a truly authentic delicious cheese that is perfect to serve as an appetizer and on a cheese board with fig jam and nuts or sprinkle on pasta, soups, salads & vegetables.
